1. The Engagement Model

The FlexFlow operates as a high-agency, founder-led consultancy. When you contract our services:

• All strategic scoping, UI/UX design, frontend architecture, and performance marketing deployments are overseen and executed directly by our founder, Hamza.
• Every project proceeds under a clearly defined Scope of Work (SOW) outlining sprint deliverables, review checkpoints, and timeline estimates.
• We do not bill vague, open-ended hourly retainers; engagements are structured as fixed-price deliverables or monthly execution cycles.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

We believe clients should own what they pay for:

• Full Client Ownership: Upon receipt of final payment for a contracted milestone or project, all custom design files (Figma boards), bespoke codebase repositories, written copy, and creative ad assets transfer entirely to the client.
• Third-Party Assets: Any third-party fonts, stock photography, or proprietary SaaS plugins utilized remain subject to their respective vendor licenses.
• Agency Portfolio Rights: Unless protected by a signed mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), The FlexFlow retains the right to display completed project screenshots, visual mockups, and verified campaign metrics in our portfolio and marketing materials.

3. Sprint Execution & Client Responsibilities

To maintain our rapid delivery benchmarks (e.g., 4-week web builds, 7-day ad launches):

• The client agrees to provide necessary brand assets, API keys, tracking access, and feedback approvals within agreed milestone windows (typically within 48 business hours).
• Delays in client feedback or asset provision automatically extend sprint completion targets accordingly.

4. Revisions & Scope Governance

Each milestone includes structured revision rounds to ensure design fidelity and performance alignment:

• Standard contracts include up to two iterative refinement rounds per deliverable phase.
• Substantial modifications that diverge from the approved initial architecture or SOW will be scoped and quoted as separate sprint extensions.

5. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Project initiation requires an initial commencement deposit (typically 50%), with remainder due upon milestone delivery or live deployment sign-off as defined in your SOW. Late invoices exceeding 14 calendar days may pause active staging environments or live ad management until resolved.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

All web builds are tested to comply with current WCAG accessibility baselines and modern web standards. We warrant bug fixes for 30 calendar days following deployment. Because commercial outcomes depend on broader market factors, third-party platform algorithms (e.g., Google or Meta auction shifts), and client sales conversions, marketing metrics are targeted aggressively but cannot constitute legal guarantees of revenue.
