Someone asked AI who to hire.
It didn't say you.

Your buyers ask ChatGPT before they ask Google - and it answers with whoever's site it can read best. The FlexFlow rebuilds yours to be found, ranked and quoted, then shows you every prompt that starts naming you and every one that still doesn't.

Where it breaks

Six sentences clients say before they call. Each one has a fix.

Nobody books a marketing studio because they want marketing. They book because something specific is losing them work.

“Our site looks like it was built in 2016 - and loads like it.”

Web design
The Bottleneck

Template Bloat & 4.8s Load

18 unmaintained plugins, heavy layout shifts, and mobile abandonment before the first fold renders.

The Engineering Fix

Sub-Second Static DOM

Hand-crafted semantic DOM, 99+ Lighthouse performance score, and instant edge CDN distribution.

“ChatGPT recommends our competitor when someone asks for us.”

AI visibility · GEO / AEO
The Bottleneck

Zero Schema Entity Graph

Unstructured data: LLMs hallucinate or cite competitor aggregators instead of your verified domain.

The Engineering Fix

Entity Graph & Token Mapping

Schema.org semantic graphs, structured answer blocks, and direct crawler tokenization feeds.

“We rank on page two for the one thing we actually sell.”

Search Engine Optimization
The Bottleneck

Vanity Retainers & Crawl Debt

Agencies writing generic blog fluff while commercial high-intent buyer keywords sit stuck on page 3.

The Engineering Fix

Commercial Intent Clusters

Technical crawl debt eliminated first, followed by buyer keyword hubs mapped to conversion paths.

“We spend on ads every month and can't tell you what a lead costs.”

Performance marketing
The Bottleneck

Unmeasured Ad Spend

Unbudgeted impressions, unverified lead forms, and agency quarterly excuses instead of cash ROI.

The Engineering Fix

Target CPL & Direct CRM Sync

Locked Cost-Per-Qualified-Lead target, weekly budget shifting to winners, and automated CRM triage.

“Every deck, invoice and post looks like a different company.”

Brand identity
The Bottleneck

Fragmented Brand Assets

Fractured typography, inconsistent color palettes, and assets nobody on the internal team knows how to use.

The Engineering Fix

Unbreakable Design Tokens

Bespoke logomark, typographic system (Clash Display + Manrope), and codified Figma components.

“We post when someone remembers to, and it shows.”

Social media management
The Bottleneck

Ad-Hoc Inconsistent Cadence

Zero scheduling consistency, amateur ad-hoc graphics, and dependent on occasional free afternoons.

The Engineering Fix

30-Post Production Batch

30 curated posts designed up front in Figma with Notion publishing schedule. Zero ongoing retainer.

What that looks like

Six disciplines. Most people start with one.

They connect. A rebuild that ignores how answers get cited is a rebuild you pay for twice, and ad spend pointed at a slow page just buys expensive bounces. Which order yours run in is what the first call decides.

Who you actually work with

The person who scopes the work is the person who builds it.

The FlexFlow is one practitioner across six disciplines. There is no account manager translating your brief into a ticket, no junior learning on your budget, and no handoff between a design agency and an SEO agency who blame each other in month three.

That has a cost: capacity is finite, and some months are full. It also has a point - the reply to your email comes from the person who wrote the code, and the answer to “why did you do it that way” arrives the same day.

Your point of contactOne person, from the first call to the monthly report.
Reply window48 hours on scoped changes. Same day during an active build.
What you ownEvery file, repo and account is in your name from day one.
CapacityThree active builds at a time. The call tells you which slot is open.

How it runs

Audit, plan, execute, results. You see the plan before anything is built.

4-Week Delivery Pipeline Architecture
01

Audit

Page speed, markup, rankings, the ad account if there is one, and the twenty prompts your buyers type into ChatGPT. Every gap named in writing, with what it is costing you.

Week 1
02

Plan

The fixes ordered by what pays back first, each with a price and the number it should move. Nothing gets touched until you have signed off on the sequence.

Week 1–2
03

Execute

Built and shipped in that order. One written note a week, no status meetings, and nothing goes live on your domain or your ad account without your say-so.

Week 2–6
04

Results

Rankings, AI citations, leads and cost per lead, measured against the week-one baseline. The same four numbers every month - including the months they don't move.

Book it

Pick a time. Thirty minutes, no deck.

Before the callSend the URL. A short read of the site and its rankings happens beforehand.
On the callThe two or three things costing you the most, and whether they are worth paying to fix.
AfterA written scope with figures, or an honest “this isn't the right fit”. No follow-up sequence.

Rather write it down first? Send the details instead - same inbox, same person.

07

Before you book

The questions that come up on every first call.

Still unsure about something? Ask directly - it reaches the same inbox as the call.

What does this cost?

It depends on scope, and the honest answer needs your site in front of both of us. Projects are quoted as a fixed figure after the audit; ongoing work runs as a monthly retainer. You get the number in writing before anything starts, and there is no charge for the call or the audit conversation.

What is AI visibility, and is it different from SEO?

SEO gets you ranked in a list of links. AI visibility - GEO and AEO - gets your site used as the source when ChatGPT, Gemini or Google's AI Overviews write the answer directly. Different mechanics: entity markup, structured answer blocks, and pages worth citing. They overlap, but ranking first no longer guarantees you get quoted, which is why they are scoped separately.

Do I have to take all six services?

No. Most engagements start with one - usually the site, the AI visibility audit, or a paid campaign that has to produce leads this month - and add a second within a quarter. The sequencing matters more than the count, and that is what the first call is for.

Who actually does the work?

One person: the same one you meet on the call, scoping, building and reporting. Nothing is passed to a junior or a subcontractor. Where a specialist is genuinely required - photography, video, legal copy - you are told before it is commissioned.

How long until anything changes?

Paid campaigns produce leads in the first week, which is why most people start there. Technical fixes move within weeks. AI citations usually follow once the markup and answer pages are live. Ranking movement on competitive terms is a three-to-six month conversation - anyone promising faster is selling you a graph, not enquiries.

What happens if we stop working together?

You keep everything. Files, repository, hosting, analytics and search accounts are in your name from day one, and brand work ships with written rules so your team can apply it without calling. No lock-in, no licence to renew.

You already know
the site needs to change.

Thirty minutes tells you whether it is worth paying anyone to change it - including us.
